About Our Training Philosophy

We strip away the noise. You will not find fancy machines or endless cardio hours here. Our approach centers on functional movements like deadlifts, squats, and gymnastics, paired with a strict no-sugar nutrition plan. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, our coaches at our Powai warehouse are ready to push you through it.

Our training philosophy is built on three pillars: move, fuel, and recover.

Move: We prioritize compound lifts and gymnastics. Think deadlifts, cleans, pull-ups, and box jumps. These are movements that build real-world strength. We keep the intensity high because results do not come from coasting. We want you to be faster, stronger, and more agile in daily life.

Fuel: If it has added sugar, we do not eat it. Our nutrition approach is based on whole foods like meats, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. It is fuel for performance, not just food for comfort. We follow the 'Fitness in 100 Words' doctrine because simplicity is effective.

Recover: Training is only half the battle. If you do not recover, you will not grow. We treat recovery as seriously as our workouts. That is why we have ice baths on-site in Powai. After a brutal WOD (Workout of the Day), an ice bath helps reduce inflammation and gets you ready for the next session.

We do not do easy. We do honest, hard work. Whether you are joining our functional training batches or a 1-on-1 personal session, expect to sweat.
