About Cross-Functional Strength

If you are looking for a climate-controlled gym with fancy machines, you are in the wrong place. Our Zealbox setup in Powai is a high-ceiling industrial warehouse built for work. We focus on Olympic barbells, assault air bikes, and plyo boxes because they deliver results. Every 60-minute WOD (Workout of the Day) is structured to test your grit, improve your technique, and push you past your current plateaus, whether you are picking up a barbell for the first time or mastering complex gymnastics movements.

How We Train

We ditch the fluff and focus on the fundamentals of functional fitness. Our training relies on major compound lifts and metabolic conditioning to boost strength, speed, and endurance. Expect to get hands-on with deadlifts, cleans, squats, snatches, and dips. We keep things interesting by mixing up intensity levels, ensuring you never hit a wall.

The Facility and Atmosphere

Our Powai warehouse is raw and energetic. There is no AC, just heavy-duty fans and plenty of space to move. We use professional rubber mats and AstroTurf, so you can drop heavy bumper plates and sprint without hesitation.
