2-Week Multi-Activity Sports Camp
Schedule & Structure
- Duration: 10 days over 2 weeks (Monday to Friday).
- Timing: 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM (1.5 hours per session).
- Total Coaching: 15 contact hours.
- Eligibility: Children aged 5+ years (activities scaled for beginners).
Core Activities
- Gymnastics: Focus on handstand progressions, cartwheels, forward/backward rolls, split training, and bridge walks.
- Martial Arts: Introduction to Taekwondo stances, basic kicks, and practical self-defense.
- Creative Movement: Rhythmic gymnastics elements and freestyle dance sessions to improve coordination.
Equipment & Drills
- Apparatus Access: Training on low balance beam (suede finish), wooden gymnastic rings, and foam vaulting blocks.
- Conditioning: Obstacle courses, tunnel crawls, mini-trampoline (rebounder) jumps, and rope climbing.
- Focus Drills: Concentration games like stick balancing to improve mental resilience.
Facility & Specs
- Flooring: Combination of artificial turf and high-density EVA puzzle mats for impact absorption.
- Venue: Indoor functional studio with high ventilation.
- Deliverable: Course completion certificate provided at the end of the camp.

Bevu Belladante Summer
At Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy, our summer camp isn’t just about sports - it’s a full-on mix of discipline and fun. We stick to our bevu belladante (neem and jaggery) philosophy, so kids get a taste of hard work and joy, side by side.
Camp Highlights
- Gymnastics is at the heart - kids learn rolls, cartwheels, balance beam, rings, and more. We believe all champions were beginners once, so we really focus on getting the basics right.
- Martial arts for children is part of the program, with taekwondo and self-defence that helps kids pick up confidence and discipline.
- Dance sessions bring in loads of energy, keeping everyone moving and grooving.
- The summer camp obstacle course is always a hit - trampolines, jumping, and fun challenges that make fitness feel like play.
- Mind games work on focus and coordination, so it’s not just the body, but the mind that gets sharper.
Our Way of Teaching
You’ll hear us say, ‘Eradu kaalallu jump madabeku’ (jump with both legs) and ‘Soft aagi land aagbeku’ (land softly) - that’s how we build strong foundations. The skills covered include handstands, cartwheels, backbends, walkovers, and strength conditioning.
Safety and Support
We keep a safe sports environment with mats everywhere and coaches hands-on with every kid. The space is friendly, and we’re big on encouragement. Kids make friends, find new passions, and leave with a smile - sometimes, even a “New Skill Alert!” moment.

My Story
Hey, we’re Elite Squad. Not just a gymnastics academy, more like a hangout spot for our big, noisy family. Festivals like Ayudha Pooja get celebrated with all our kids and their parents – full-on fun, laughter, and some mischief too! Gymnastics here means discipline, sure, but also wild excitement. Watching a kid nail a back handspring or just giggle through a mind game, that’s what we live for. We’re always cheering, guiding, spotting, sometimes just goofing around.
My Work
Our Classes - Beginner gymnastics, kids fitness games, personal training for all ages, plus sports summer camp with Taekwondo, Dance, Self Defence.
Beginner Friendly - We start with basics - bridge walks, cartwheels, trampoline jumps for children. No prior experience needed.
Fun and Learning Mixed - Obstacle courses, mind games, and fun activities make every session feel like playtime.
Strength Inside & Out - We teach moves like Front Salto and Wall Flip, plus mental strength training for kids to build focus and resilience.
