About More Than a Sport: Fun, Games & Teamwork
Our two-week summer camp isn't just about repetitive drills. It is a 10-day structured program that balances core gymnastics fundamentals with team-based obstacle courses and dance. We keep groups small so our coaches can provide hands-on spotting and correction, ensuring every child learns to jump and land safely before trying more advanced moves.
Our Approach: Bevu Belladante
We follow the 'bevu belladante' (neem and jaggery) philosophy—we believe that the hard work of training should be balanced with the joy of play. This means your child won't just be doing endless sit-ups; they will be navigating custom obstacle courses, playing mind games, and learning Taekwondo kicks.
What Kids Learn
- Gymnastics Fundamentals: We focus on handstands, cartwheels, and rolls. You will hear our coaches using specific cues like 'Soft aagi land aagbeku' (land softly) to instill safe technique right from the start.
- Multi-Activity Curriculum: Each 1.5-hour session is divided into gymnastics, martial arts for self-defense, and dance for coordination.
- Focus & Resilience: We incorporate simple, effective mind games and stick-balancing drills that help improve a child's concentration span.
Facility & Safety
We run our camps at the Infinity Fitness studio in Banashankari Stage II. The entire floor is laid with high-density EVA puzzle mats and artificial turf, providing the necessary impact absorption for vaults and trampoline jumps. Coaches are always on the floor, working directly with the children to keep the environment supportive and injury-free.
Program Details
- Duration: 10 sessions (Monday to Friday).
- Eligibility: Children aged 5+ years (beginners welcome).
- Includes: 15 hours of coaching, apparatus access (rings, beams, vaults), and a completion certificate.
