We love a "New Skill Alert" moment. With hands-on spotting from our coaches, even our youngest gymnasts can safely learn advanced moves like the back handspring and back tuck salto.
Discipline meets fun in our conditioning drills. We use hurdle jumps to build explosive power and agility, with our coaches reminding students to "jump with both legs" and "land softly" to build a strong foundation.

Our summer camp follows our bevu belladante philosophy, where we teach kids to jump, land softly, and embrace the hard work just as much as the fun. Every session includes hands-on spotting from our coaches, ensuring your child learns everything from basic cartwheels to back handsprings safely.
This isn't just a sports camp, it’s a place for your kids to burn energy, build mental focus, and make new friends in the heart of Banashankari. We structure our 10-day summer program to be a perfect mix of high-energy gymnastics, martial arts (Taekwondo and self-defence), and creative movement.
The curriculum covers the basics that matter. You will hear us coaching in a mix of English and Kannada, keeping it real: 'Eradu kaalallu jump madabeku' (jump with both legs) and 'Soft aagi land aagbeku' (land softly). We use high-density EVA mats and artificial turf to keep the floor safe for all activities.
What the camp covers:
- Gymnastics Fundamentals: Handstand progressions, forward and backward rolls, and bridge walks.
- Martial Arts & Movement: Taekwondo stances and freestyle dance drills for coordination.
- Mind & Focus: Stick balancing and concentration games that build resilience.
