Introducing our Sutēki Don, or steak rice bowl. Juicy, grilled beef steak is sliced and served over a comforting bowl of fluffy Japanese rice for a bold and hearty meal.

Our Oyako Don, a classic Japanese comfort food. The name literally means "parent and child," referring to the chicken and egg simmered together in a savory-sweet sauce and served over rice.

About Donburi & Bento: Hearty Japanese Meals
We balance the sauce-to-rice ratio carefully. Whether it is the sweet-savory glaze of our Sutēki Don or the broth-steeped Oyako Don, every bowl is built so the rice absorbs the flavors without losing its texture. If you order our Bento, you receive a complete meal with protein, pickled vegetables, and sides, served exactly as you would find it in a Japanese home.
At Ebisu, we approach our Donburi and Bento not as fast food, but as a core pillar of Washoku, the traditional Japanese dining philosophy. We import our short-grain rice and key seasonings directly from Japan to ensure the texture and flavor profile are authentic.
Our Donburi bowls are designed for a quick yet substantial meal. For instance, the Sutēki Don uses tender beef seared to order, while our Oyako Don utilizes a precise simmering technique with eggs to create a creamy, comforting consistency.
When you order a Bento, you are getting a balanced meal tray. We prioritize seasonal side dishes, such as pickled vegetables (tsukemono) and traditional tamagoyaki, to provide a mix of textures and flavors. Whether you are dining at our Saket or Gurugram locations, or ordering for delivery, we maintain the same standards of freshness.
For those seeking a traditional experience, we recommend dining in our Koagari seating area where you can enjoy your meal in a quiet, Zen-inspired environment. We are open for lunch from 12 PM to 2:30 PM, providing a structured 45-minute service perfect for office breaks, and we continue with dinner service until 11 PM.
