When you order a Chicken Katsu or Paneer Nasi Goreng bowl, it starts with raw ingredients, fresh-cut veggies, and sauces we make in-house at our Sushant Lok kitchen. We focus on mouthfeel and balance. Think of the crunch of fresh slaw against the warmth of katsu curry, or the zing of salsa in our Burrito bowls. Because we operate as a cloud kitchen, we have mastered the logistics of delivery. We use bagasse bowls that retain heat better than plastic, ensuring that your meal arrives with the texture intact.
