Experience the therapeutic joy of pottery at my Pitampura studio. Whether you are looking for a creative date, a team event, or a quiet hour of focus, I guide you through the art of turning raw clay into something lasting.
Hero Item. There is a unique magic in creating something together. Here, you can see a couple sharing a moment at the potter's wheel, a perfect example of the connection and fun you can have during a clay date at my studio.
I was so happy to host actor Rohit Saraf and his family for a creative afternoon session. He's holding up the beautiful platter he designed himself, a wonderful memory from their time spent together at the studio.
It was an honor to bring my mobile pottery workshop to the British High Commission for a team event. This shows my setup for corporate and group sessions, where I provide all the tools and guidance for a hands on experience right at your venue.
Pottery is for everyone, no matter how young. I love helping my littlest students, like this toddler, feel the clay and begin their creative journey. It's a safe, sensory, and fun activity for family bonding.
The creative process is personal and detailed. This participant is carefully painting an intricate blue design onto a hand built, shell shaped dish, showing the artistic possibilities beyond the wheel.
I often say that pottery is cheaper than therapy, and this is why. The calm focus of shaping the clay allows you to leave stress behind and immerse yourself in the moment of creation.
Here is a look at some finished and fired pieces. After you create and paint your work, I glaze and fire it in my kiln, transforming the clay into a durable, glossy, and food safe piece of ceramic art you can use and cherish.
About Featured
When you walk into my Pitampura studio, the first thing you will notice is that time seems to slow down. Whether you are trying the potter's wheel for the first time or focusing on hand-building a bowl, you are working with stoneware clay that grounds you completely. If you choose a package with firing, I take your raw creations through the full bisque and glaze process, transforming them into food-safe, permanent ceramics you can pick up a few weeks later.
My studio is a sanctuary for those looking to disconnect from their screens and reconnect with their creativity. Over the last 20 years, I have seen everyone from school kids to corporate teams find their rhythm on the wheel.
What happens in a session? We cover the fundamentals of working with clay. If you are new to this, we start with hand-building techniques like pinching and slab work, which are perfect for making mugs, planters, or platters. If you are ready for the challenge, the potter's wheel is where the magic happens. I guide you through centering and pulling the walls, ensuring you have the support you need even if it is your first attempt.
Studio vs. Mobile Events Most of my workshops happen at my rooftop studio in Pitampura, which offers a relaxed, garden-like setting. However, I also frequently bring my setup to offices, schools, and event venues across Delhi NCR. For these off-site events, I bring the clay, tools, and aprons, managing the full setup and cleanup so your team can focus entirely on the activity.
The Firing Process A common question is whether you get to keep what you make. The answer is yes, provided you select a package that includes post-processing. After your session, I handle the bisque firing, intricate glazing, and final glaze firing. This turns your piece from fragile, wet clay into a durable, food-safe ceramic item. It is a slow, meticulous process that takes about 5 to 6 weeks, but the result is a piece of art you crafted with your own hands.
Whether you are planning a date, a birthday celebration, or a quiet solo hour of art therapy, my doors are open. No experience is required—just bring yourself and a willingness to get a little messy.
