Media Features and Pottery Recognition
It is humbling to have our studio and my journey recognized. These features are a reflection of the creative community we have built together in Delhi over the last twenty years.
I was thrilled to be featured by Delhiites Magazine as one of the top pottery studios in Delhi for a "clay date". It's wonderful to be recognized as a great spot for creative experiences.
This feature by CBAS introduces me and my journey as a studio potter with over 20 years of experience. I believe in sharing my knowledge openly and helping others discover the relaxing feeling of creating with clay.
About In the Spotlight
Being featured in publications like Delhiites Magazine or by CBAS is more than just press for me. It validates my open-door philosophy. I have always believed that pottery knowledge should be shared, not kept secret, and seeing my students’ progress recognized in these features confirms that this community-first approach resonates with people looking for a creative outlet.
I started Earthen Aura Ceramics with a simple goal: to make pottery accessible to everyone. Whether you are visiting my Pitampura rooftop studio or attending one of our off-site corporate events, the focus is always on disconnecting from the noise of the city and reconnecting with something tactile. When media platforms visit us, they are not just capturing finished ceramics; they are documenting the messy, chaotic, and peaceful process of someone touching clay for the first time. It is that moment when the wheel turns and a lump of clay becomes a functional bowl that keeps me going.
We do not gatekeep techniques here. If you want to learn hand-building, wheel throwing, or surface decoration, you will get the technical support you need. These features reflect the diversity of the people who walk through our doors—from families looking for a weekend activity to professionals seeking a therapeutic break. We are proud to be recognized as a space where art is accessible, not elitist. If you have ever felt intimidated by art studios, know that my space is designed specifically to remove that barrier.
Dipti Gupta
I am Dipti Gupta. I have spent over two decades at the pottery wheel, and I still believe there is nothing quite like the calm of working with wet clay. My studio is my happy place, and I love opening it up for anyone who wants to create something with their own hands.
