Monthly Group Training
Batch Structure
- Frequency: Access to classes 3 to 6 days a week based on batch allocation.
- Duration: High intensity sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
- Format: Begins with 20 minutes of cardio and strength conditioning followed by 40 minutes of technical striking drills.
Core Curriculum
- Syllabus: Covers ITF Taekwondo progression from White to Black belt.
- Defense Skills: Includes partner drills for wrist releases, blocking, evasion footwork, and controlled sparring.
Facility Access
- Surface: Training on professional 25mm interlocking EVA foam puzzle mats for safety.
- Equipment: Use of communal kicking paddles, focus mitts, and wall mounted mirrors for form correction.

What Makes Us Different
At Delhi Tigers, I don’t just teach you how to throw a punch. My aim is for you to walk out with real confidence, knowing you can handle yourself if things get rough. I've seen my students transform - shy folks learning to stand tall, little kids becoming steady, even adults finding strength they didn’t know they had.
How We Train
- We train in real-world self-defense techniques, not just flashy moves for show.
- Sparring (Matsogi) is a big part of our classes - you learn to keep your cool when things get intense, always with proper safety gear.
- Drills are tough. We go over striking pads, footwork, and body conditioning again and again till it sticks.
- Taekwondo self-defense classes here aren’t about aggression. It’s about discipline, being alert, and knowing when to walk away.

- Women, men, kids - sabke liye hai yeh (this is for everyone).
- I’m especially proud of my female students, who’ve won big at national competitions.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Jayendra Puri, chief instructor here at Tigers Taekwondo Academy. My students, my 'tigers', are like family. Seeing them win medals, standing on that podium – that’s my real reward. We train hard, celebrate Diwali together, and live by 'Believe, Achieve & Succeed'. Taekwondo is life for us, not just sport. Jai Guru Ji, shukrana Guru Ji.
My Work
Taekwondo & Self-Defense Training - We teach ITF Taekwondo, self-defense for kids, and help with weight control Taekwondo.
Competition Preparation - We coach students for national Taekwondo competition, focusing on patterns and sparring.
Personal Guidance & Discipline - I guide every tiger personally, making sure technique and discipline stay top-notch.
Fitness & Dedication - Taekwon-Do fitness training for all ages, but only for those who are ready to work hard.
