National Taekwondo Medalists at Delhi Tigers
Medals are not just hardware. They are the result of discipline, intense conditioning, and the right technique. Meet the Tigers who represent our academy at state and national championships.

About My Tigers' Victories
Sparring is where training meets reality. My students spend hours on repetitive drills for footwork and reaction speed before they ever step onto a competition mat. When you see these medals, understand that they are earned through sweat, controlled sparring, and constant posture correction that I personally oversee.
At Delhi Tigers, we follow the ITF Taekwondo curriculum, but the title on the board is not what defines a student. It is the grit they show during our sessions on 25mm EVA foam mats.
The Path to the Podium
Our competition preparation focuses on three pillars:
- Technical Drill: We break down patterns until the movement is muscle memory.
- Matsogi (Sparring): This is the core of our training. Students learn to handle pressure, control their breathing, and read an opponent while wearing full safety gear.
- Mental Conditioning: Physical skill is useless without a calm mind. We train for endurance and focus, ensuring students can perform under the lights of a national arena.
Why We Win
Many academies focus on aesthetics, but we prioritize practical self-defense and athletic capability. Whether it is a student like Aakansha winning gold in team sparring or our young Tigers learning their first blocks, the goal is consistent growth. We operate out of Najafgarh Road, welcoming everyone from children to adults who are ready to put in the work. Discipline is the first lesson, and results like the ones you see in this gallery are simply the outcome of showing up every single day.
