Why I Do What I Do
I’m Sushmitha, a mom first and a nutritionist by passion. My advice comes from my experience in my own kitchen, making food for my two kids, not from just reading textbooks. I swear by homemade food and our Indian roots - there’s no shortcut to health for namma makkalu (our children).

My Story
Namaskara! We are Sarees & Smiles. Two kids, endless sarees, and a kitchen full of experiments – that’s us, straight outta Mysore. Life’s a circus balancing work and family, but hey, being a mom taught me loads. Made our own Sathu Maavu for my munchkins, and wow, it changed their health.
