I am here to help you move past the parenting guilt and find a rhythm that actually works for your home.
My journey started right here in my kitchen. When I became a mother, I realized that the standard advice often ignored the reality of our Indian lifestyle. I am passionate about child nutrition, but I believe it needs to be simple, sustainable, and free from hidden sugars or complicated ingredients.
My Approach to Nutrition
I focus on traditional weaning foods and immunity-boosting recipes using ingredients we all have at home. I am a firm advocate for ditching commercial baby foods that are loaded with additives. Instead, I help families integrate nutrient-dense options like my homemade Sathu Maavu—a mix of grains, pulses, and nuts—into their daily routine. It is not about strict diet charts that are impossible to follow; it is about healthy eats for your family.
Beyond the Plate
Parenting is about more than just food. It is about emotional health, building connections, and preserving our culture. I love a good cotton saree and the comfort of a warm cup of chai, and I believe we should bring that same sense of comfort into our homes.
