That’s how I got into women’s nutrition—not as some distant expert, but as a mom who’s been there. My goal? To help you find your strength and balance, just like I did.

Hi, I'm Hamsikha, but these days, mostly just 'mama' to my 6-month-old. Used to think yoga was all about perfect poses, but now?
