I truly believe that age is just a number, and my father proves it every day. Here he is at 69, demonstrating incredible strength and balance. This is a reminder that your journey with yoga can start at any time and lead to amazing vitality.

The journey of yoga can begin at a very young age. This is our little yogini practicing Agnisaar Kriya, a powerful breathing exercise for digestive health. I create a fun and safe environment for children to explore the benefits of yoga.

Our evening yoga sessions bring together people of all ages and abilities. In this picture, you can see students in different life stages practicing together, each at their own pace. This sense of community is a beautiful part of our practice.

When you step into my studio in Sector 40, you will not find rigid, impossible poses. At 69, I practice every single day, and I teach exactly what I do. Whether you are a child or a grandparent, my focus is on functional movement and steady breathing that keeps you mobile and energized for years to come.
