I truly believe that age is just a number, and my father proves it every day. Here he is at 69, demonstrating incredible strength and balance. This is a reminder that your journey with yoga can start at any time and lead to amazing vitality.
The journey of yoga can begin at a very young age. This is our little yogini practicing Agnisaar Kriya, a powerful breathing exercise for digestive health. I create a fun and safe environment for children to explore the benefits of yoga.
Our evening yoga sessions bring together people of all ages and abilities. In this picture, you can see students in different life stages practicing together, each at their own pace. This sense of community is a beautiful part of our practice.
About Yoga for Life: All Ages Welcome
When you step into my studio in Sector 40, you will not find rigid, impossible poses. At 69, I practice every single day, and I teach exactly what I do. Whether you are a child or a grandparent, my focus is on functional movement and steady breathing that keeps you mobile and energized for years to come.
My approach to yoga is rooted in consistency rather than intensity. In my group and private sessions, we work on Hatha yoga, breathwork, and gentle stretching designed to manage pain and improve joint health. You will find that I integrate acupressure and naturopathy into our sessions, helping to clear energy blocks and support your body's natural healing process.
I believe the best time to start is now. My students include little ones learning basic kriyas and seniors managing chronic conditions like sciatica or frozen shoulder. We do not use fancy equipment. You just need a mat and the willingness to show up.
Classes are held in my residential studio in Noida, offering a quiet, personal space to learn. I also work with families who want to practice together. If you cannot visit the studio, I offer online guidance, ensuring you get the same attention to alignment and individual needs from the comfort of your home. Real change takes time, but if you put in the effort, you will find it worth the journey.
