About this collection
Parents often worry about screen time during holidays, but here we swap tablets for tumbling mats. Our 3-week program focuses on foundational motor skills and confidence building. Every child participates in a choreographed video shoot to celebrate their progress, giving them a tangible win to show off at home.
Why a Summer Fitness Camp?
When school is out, kids need a way to burn energy that doesn't just involve video games. My approach to the summer camp is simple: make fitness feel like play. We don't drill them like athletes because they are still learning their bodies. We engage them like kids. The program runs for 3 to 4 weeks, creating a consistent routine that builds both physical stamina and self-esteem.
What We Cover
- Movement & Dance: We integrate Bollywood and Zumba-inspired tracks to improve rhythm and coordination. It is high energy and music-focused, so they are constantly moving without realizing they are exercising.
- Gymnastics & Motor Skills: We introduce basic tumbling and gymnastics to help them get comfortable moving their own bodies. This is crucial for developing balance and core strength at a young age.
- Creative Play: Fitness is not just about sweat. We mix in art sessions, singing, and coordination games to keep them mentally stimulated throughout the day.
- The Big Showcase: Every kid gets to be a star. We film a choreographed routine at the end of the camp, giving them a video performance to keep. It is a huge confidence booster to see themselves on screen, dancing and performing with their friends.
Safety and Environment
We keep the groups manageable and fully supervised by our team. Everything takes place in our dedicated studio space in Kengeri, ensuring a controlled environment where safety is the priority. Whether your child is 3 or 12, the exercises are scaled to their age group so they feel challenged but never overwhelmed.
