This is a look at the energy and variety of our group classes. From high-intensity circuits to Bollywood dance, this is where we build bodies and confidence together.

This is what our Bollywood dance workouts are all about. High energy, fun moves, and a whole lot of sweat. You don't need to be a dancer, you just need to be ready to move and have a great time with the crew.

Our step aerobics classes are a full-body challenge. We combine rhythmic stepping with energetic music to improve your cardio, coordination, and strength all at once. It’s a classic workout for a reason.

This is a glimpse into our high-intensity functional training. We use agility drills like these cone exercises to improve speed, coordination, and explosive power. It's about training your body for real-world movements.

We believe in pushing limits and proving that anything is possible. Here you can see some of our advanced strength and conditioning work, including partner squats and tire flips. This is what building real strength looks like.

Fitness is also about celebrating together. This was our special Republic Day performance, where the team came together to create something memorable. This is the kind of community we build at the gym.

I believe in starting young, which is why I run a kids' summer fitness camp. We make fitness feel like play with fun exercises, games, and activities that build a healthy foundation for life.

Strength, dedication, and results. This is the standard we set. My team and I are here to guide you, push you, and help you achieve a physique and mindset you can be proud of.

About this collection

When you walk onto our turf or step into our studio, you will notice it is not about staring at a clock. We use battle ropes, tractor tires, and high-energy Bollywood tracks to make sure you actually enjoy the struggle. It is a space where my team, including trainers like Kiran, makes sure you are doing the movements right, not just moving for the sake of it.

Why We Train This Way

I believe that if you aren't having fun, you won't stay consistent. That is the philosophy behind everything we do here at Hoysala Circle. Whether you are joining our HIIT sessions on the artificial turf or coming for a dance workout in the studio, the goal is to stop thinking about the workout as a chore.

What You Will Find Here

  • High-Intensity Functional Training: We use equipment that demands real effort. You will be flipping tractor tires, using battle ropes, and running agility drills. This is not for those looking to scroll on their phone while on a treadmill.
  • Dance Fitness: Kiran Naachi leads these sessions. It is high-volume Bollywood cardio in a dedicated studio with mood lighting. It is intense, but the music makes you forget the effort.
  • A Real Community: You will see the 'angel wings' mural in our studio in almost every photo. That represents the spirit of our members. We have participants from all walks of life, from students to professionals, who push each other because your win is our win.
