Forget boring cardio. My dance fitness classes are where you burn calories while grooving to high-energy Bollywood tracks and Zumba beats. I design each session with easy-to-follow choreography so everyone, from beginners to seasoned dancers, can join in, have fun, and get a fantastic workout.

Step Aerobics

This is a high-impact, high-energy cardio session that uses elevated platforms to tone your legs, glutes, and core. I choreograph routines to upbeat music that will challenge your coordination and endurance, guaranteeing a powerful, sweat-drenched workout.

High-Intensity & Functional Training

This is where we build raw strength and endurance with no shortcuts. These group sessions involve everything from High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuits and agility drills to battle ropes and core conditioning. I design these workouts to push your physical and mental limits.

Kids Summer Fitness Camp

I believe fitness should be fun, especially for kids. My summer camp for children aged 3-12 introduces them to a healthy lifestyle through engaging games, dance, and age-appropriate exercises. It's all about building confidence and making fitness feel like play.
