For any festive gathering, Dahi Vada is that one dish everyone expects. Ours are soft, fluffy lentil dumplings soaked in creamy yogurt and topped with sweet and spicy chutneys.

About Savoury Snacks & Chaat
Everything you see here is made-to-order, which means we start our prep as early as 3 AM to keep the flavours authentic. Since we avoid preservatives and refuse to re-use oil, we need just two days' notice for your orders. It’s a small wait, but it means you get that crispy, honest crunch just the way it was meant to be.

When we started Desi Classics in our Malad kitchen, we weren't trying to build a factory. We were trying to preserve the taste of our nani and dadi’s kitchen. Whether it is our signature Pyaaz Ki Kachori or the unique Sheherwali Kheere Ki Kachori, everything is made with the same ingredients we would use for our own family.

- Freshness First: No bulk production or frozen stock here. We cook in batches based on orders. If you are planning a small gathering or just a Sunday tea time, reach out two days early.

- Traditional Methods: From our DIY Katori Chaat kits to our fluffy, steamed Khaman Dhokla, we follow traditional cooking times. Good food, especially Indian snacks, takes patience.
