A winter classic, Undhiyu is a labour of love. This video shows the mix of seasonal winter vegetables being prepared for this traditional Gujarati dish, slow-cooked to perfection.

A closer look at our Gatte Ka Pulav, a flavourful one-pot rice dish. Soft gram flour dumplings (gatte) are cooked with aromatic basmati rice and spices, making for a satisfying meal.

We use the traditional 'dhungar' method to give our biryani a unique smoky flavour. Watch as we infuse the rice with the aroma of charcoal smoke, adding a little drama and a lot of taste.

From stuffing the dough with spiced sattu to baking them until golden, this is how we prepare our authentic Litti Chokha. Each litti is a hearty parcel of flavour, baked fresh for your order.

About this collection

Everything we serve is made from scratch starting at 3 AM in our kitchen. Because we don't believe in factory shortcuts or fast food, we need at least two days of notice for all meal orders. It is a bit of a wait, but we promise the authentic Rajasthani flavours and ghee-soaked Baatis are worth it.

We aren't a factory. We are just a mother and daughter who missed the taste of home. Our kitchen runs on patience. Whether it is our signature Rajasthani Dal Baati with the classic ghee soak or the Gatte ki Sabzi made with fresh yoghurt gravy, we stick to the traditional, slow-cooking methods passed down through our family.

When you ask for a North Indian Comfort Meal, we start the process well before your delivery time. This includes slow-simmering the dals for hours to get that natural consistency and preparing our specialty breads like Khoba Roti by hand.
