Upper body strength is built through playful challenges. Here, a young student masters the monkey bars and learns to climb a pole, developing grip strength and control in a natural way.
Obstacles are just opportunities to get creative. This young mover learns to navigate a window-like structure, using his whole body to climb, hang, and move through space with growing confidence.
This sequence shows the flow of parkour. It connects balancing on rails, vaulting, and swinging on bars into a continuous line of movement, building stamina and coordination.
Even our youngest members build incredible stability and control. We start with foundational movements like balancing, rolling, and squatting to create a strong base for more complex skills later on.
Learning to climb a wall is a huge confidence booster. We teach the technique step-by-step, ensuring a safe landing and a feeling of accomplishment with every successful attempt.
We use simple props like an inclined plank to teach complex skills. This helps children understand how to shift their body weight and use their hands and feet to climb and vault over walls.
This is what we call movement mastery. It's about connecting individual skills into a fluid sequence, showing control, grace, and a true sense of enjoyment in the process.

About Parkour & Freerunning Fundamentals
We believe training on grass and natural terrain is essential for building resilience. Unlike indoor gyms, our sessions in Sector 95A expose kids to different textures and open spaces, helping them develop real-world balance, core strength, and a deeper connection with the environment.
Why Natural Movement?
Our approach is not about competition or rigid, boring drills. We focus on 'Vanargiri'—a way to move that feels intuitive and wild. When a child learns to navigate a wall or balance on a beam, they are not just building muscles; they are learning to problem-solve and trust their own body.
What We Actually Train
Our fundamentals sessions break down into three core pillars:
- Parkour Basics: We teach vaulting, safe landing, and rolling. It is about understanding physics and gravity before attempting anything complex.
- Animal Flow: These crawling and climbing drills build joint stability and coordination that traditional sports often miss.
- Outdoor Conditioning: Since we are based in an open field, children learn to adapt to shifting grounds, weather, and space, which builds immunity and physical intelligence.
Safety First
We keep our coach-to-student ratio low, typically 1:8. This ensures every jump and climb is monitored closely. We prioritize safety by starting on flat ground, using mats where needed, and teaching kids how to fall safely before they ever climb high. If your child is hesitant, our coaches are right there to support them, not to force them. It is about progress at their own speed, not someone else's.
