This is what pure joy and energy looks like. Our kids' parkour classes, led by the awesome Uzair, involve trampolines, vaults, and obstacle runs to keep things exciting and fun.
We love seeing kids and adults learning together. This session shows a mix of activities, from kids practicing climbing and vaulting to adults working on balance drills. It's a true community of movers.
We had a wonderful time hosting this big group of kids for a day of climbing and parkour. The session started with warm-up games before everyone got to try out the walls and obstacle course.
It was a pleasure to host the kids from Each One Teach One for a special climbing and parkour session. Seeing them arrive on the bus and then take on the walls and obstacles with so much enthusiasm was brilliant.

We don't just teach parkour; we create a playground where kids learn to move with purpose. Our sessions focus on building trust in their own bodies, starting with basic safety rolls and vaults before moving to more complex obstacles, all under the careful eye of our team.
Building Confidence Through Movement
At Delhi Rock, we believe parkour is the ultimate way for kids to develop physical intelligence. It's not about being the fastest or the strongest on day one; it's about learning how to land safely, understanding your reach, and figuring out how to navigate obstacles. We use foam pits, matted floors, and custom-built barriers at our Siri Fort studio to ensure that 'trying and failing' is just a fun part of the learning process.
What to Expect in Class
Our sessions are led by our crew, including Uzair, who keep the energy high. We mix games with structured skill-building. A typical class might involve:
- Warm-up Games: Getting heart rates up and bodies ready for movement.
- Foundational Drills: Learning to balance, jump, and vault properly.
- Obstacle Courses: Putting skills together in a fun, flowing circuit that changes every session.
We keep groups manageable, so every kid gets the spotting and guidance they need to level up safely. Whether your child is naturally athletic or a bit hesitant, we meet them where they are and help them find their flow.

We have the mats, the height, and the community of other movers to keep things interesting. When they aren't practicing parkour, kids are often exploring our climbing walls or trying out aerial arts, making it a perfect spot for well-rounded physical development.
