About Martial Arts Training
I see martial arts as more than just punches and kicks. For me, it's about building guts, discipline, and a little bit of that "never back down" attitude. The black belt, honestly, is just a piece of cloth. The real prize is becoming a better version of yourself.
What I Teach
- Karate is my main thing, especially Shito-Ryu and Shotokan. Expect lots of traditional kata classes and sparring practice.
- Taekwondo for those who love powerful kicks and sharp moves.
- Kickboxing and MMA if you want something a bit more fast-paced and modern.
- Real world self-defense skills - I'm big on this, especially for girls and women. We run special women's self-defense workshops that are practical, not filmi.
How Classes Run
- Drills, drills, and more drills. Kicks, punches, stances - you'll repeat till it sticks.
- Supervised sparring with full gear. Safety is non-negotiable. Jab stop bol diya to stop bol diya (When I say stop, you stop).
- Conditioning is tough. Be ready to sweat and ache, but that's how strength builds.
Who Can Join
- Kids who want to focus up and boost confidence - parents love this for discipline.
- Adults, even if you've never tried martial arts before.
- Anyone looking to get fit, learn something real, or just test their limits.
Belts come and go, but what you become along the way is what matters.

My Story
For us, karate is not just kicks and punches – it’s zindagi jeene ka tareeka (a way to live). At Delhi Karate School, we don’t care about just the black belt – it’s the mindset that matters. Hum sab ek family hain (we are all a family), growing, struggling, winning together. Our students, karateboyz007, they fight for justice and respect. We teach boldness, integrity, and restraint – medals are good, but real strength lasts a lifetime.
My Work
Martial Arts Classes for All - We teach Shito-Ryu karate, Shotokan, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, MMA, and self-defense for everyone.
Strict and Disciplined Training - Bahut strict aur disciplined (very strict and disciplined) – expect hands-on coaching and straight talk on the mat.
Open to Kids and Adults - Kids, adults, boys, girls – sab ke liye (for everyone). Whether you want DKO team spirit or just self-defense for girls, join us.
Community and Team Spirit - We are not just a school – we are DKO team. Proud of our gold medalists, prouder of every learner.
