About The Grind: Training Drills & Techniques
Unlike air-conditioned academies, we train on open-air mud grounds in Shadipur. Here, you aren't just learning moves; you are building 'mitti ka dum'—the raw grip and explosive leg power needed for real-match ankle holds and dashes that you cannot replicate on synthetic mats.
Kabaddi is not just a game; it is a test of grit. When you join our camp, the first thing you notice is the sound of the 'mitti'. We run morning sessions from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, focusing on the basics first—stamina, breath control, and footwork.
Raiding & Defense Techniques
Our raiders practice the 'dubki' and 'toe touch' until these moves become muscle memory. For our defenders, the focus is strictly on the timing of the ankle hold and the power of the dash. We use tractor tires for plyometric jumps, building the explosive leg power required for high-intensity raids. It is hard work, but this is how we prepare our students for the Youth Kabaddi League (YKL) and competitive circuits.
Why Train on Mud?
Training on mud, or 'mitti', forces you to develop a different kind of balance compared to a mat. It is unforgiving, which makes your technique sharper. Whether you are a beginner or a pro looking to refine your skills, my sessions are designed to push your limits. We keep our batches to 30-50 students to ensure that every boy and girl gets personal feedback on their stance and grip. If you have the passion, come to the ground—we will handle the rest.
