About Our Kabaddi Family: Camps & Teams
Real Kabaddi starts on the mud, not a mat. We train at our open-air ground in Shadipur, where you will be doing tire drills and sprints on the actual soil. When you join us, you are not just getting a coach, you are getting mentored by active players who know exactly what it takes to get scouted for district teams.
Kabaddi is more than a game here—it is a lifestyle. At Delhi Kabaddi Adda, we focus on the raw fundamentals of the sport. You will find our students training in the early morning, pushing through tire workouts, and perfecting their raiding techniques on our traditional mud ground.
We structure our training to mirror the intensity of professional leagues. Whether it is practicing the perfect ankle hold, mastering the dubki, or building stamina with our fitness drills, every session is designed to make you match-ready. Our camps are open to boys and girls from 10 to 22 years old, creating a mix of ages that fosters mentorship. Juniors learn by watching seniors, and seniors learn leadership by guiding the younger ones.
Beyond the practice sessions, this is a community. We celebrate our tournament wins together, and we support each other during trials for the Youth Kabaddi League. If you are serious about your fitness and want to learn Kabaddi from the ground up, come train with us. We value discipline, respect for the sport, and the hunger to win.
