Transforming grit into gold. We train girls between 10 and 22 years in core kabaddi skills, match-winning defense, and fitness—right on our open-air mitti ground in Shadipur.

We are proud to offer dedicated Kabaddi training for girls. This video shows our female players during a skills and workout session, proving that passion and power have no gender. Admissions are open for our morning and evening batches.

Strength and endurance training is a core part of our program. Here, our female players are engaged in rigorous fitness drills, including partner-carry exercises and tire jumps, to build match-winning stamina.
