About Featured
We don't train on cushioned mats, we train on the raw mitti of Shadipur. This soil teaches you the real grip and resistance you face in actual matches. If you want to master the perfect dubki or hold your ground against a heavy dash, you have to get your hands dirty with us first.
Training on the Ground
Kabaddi is a game of instinct and power. At Delhi Kabaddi Adda, our training isn't just about theory; it's about repetitive, sweat-drenched practice on the mud ground. We focus on the 'Ankle Hold' until it becomes muscle memory and drill the 'Dash' until your legs have the explosive power to stop any raider.

You will go through tractor tire workouts and mud sprints that build the kind of stamina you need to stay active for the full 40 minutes. We also integrate yoga for mental clarity and flexibility, because a calm mind is just as important as a strong tackle when the game is on the line.
