Intense, No-Nonsense Badminton Camps
I run these camps with one thing in mind: to push you harder than you thought possible. My motto? "Body tut jaaye koe nahi par sapna nahi tutna chahye" (Break the body if you have to, but never the dream). If you’re just looking for a chilled-out summer, this isn’t for you. But if you want to grind, sweat, and really level up, you’ll fit right in.
What Happens at My Camp
- Not your usual holiday - this is an advanced badminton coaching camp for those who want to win.
- We go deep on technique, strategy, and mindset. Every drill is about making you better, faster, sharper.
- I get on court with you. Expect me to shout "Aur tej laga, jaan laga ke!" (Push harder, give it your all!) until you’re running on pure willpower.
Training That Hits Different
- Multi-shuttle drills to boost speed and reflexes, whether you play singles or doubles.
- Smash and attack practice, plus defense drills that actually make you love tough rallies.
- Shadow footwork sessions - boring, maybe, but they’ll change your game.
- Off the court, we get into proper strength and conditioning. Think agility ladders, battle ropes, and gym sessions.
Not Just Sweat, Some Fun Too
- Yeah, we train hard, but we also make time for team games and some laughs. Thoda fun bhi jaruri hai (A little fun is also necessary) to keep things real.
Mindset Over Everything
- My real goal? Changing “I can’t” to “I can”. We’re not just building skills, we’re building champions.
- Rukna nahi hai (Don’t stop). You’ll leave with more than just better shots - you’ll have the winner’s attitude.
