Strength and Stamina Boxing Training

Forget air-conditioned gyms. Here, we build champions with raw effort, heavy bags, and absolute focus. Come ready to sweat and push your limits.

This video shows the core of our fitness program. My students are doing floor exercises like push ups and burpees, while the heavy bags in the background are ready for power punching drills.

Agility and speed are key in boxing. Here, my students are performing running and sprint drills to improve their footwork, explosive power, and overall cardiovascular fitness.

Training should also build team spirit. Here, my students are engaged in a game of tug of war, a great exercise for building raw strength, endurance, and working together as a team.

About this collection

My training doesn't happen on treadmills or in climate-controlled rooms. In our academy, we use the ground, rope climbs, and heavy bags to build functional strength. If you want a body that looks good, go to a fitness center. If you want the stamina of a fighter who can go three full rounds without slowing down, this is where you start.

Boxing is not just about the punch you land. It is about the endurance to throw that same punch in the third round when your lungs are burning.

The Training Method

We train in an open-air facility in Baprola because comfort kills ambition. The program focuses on:

  • Explosive Power: We use heavy bags and rope climbs to build upper body strength that translates directly into ring impact.
  • Functional Endurance: Exercises like burpees and push-ups are done on the floor because you need to be strong on your feet, not just on a machine.
  • Team Stamina: Games like tug-of-war are not just for fun. They build the raw strength and grit required to hold your ground against an opponent.

Who This Is For

I work with anyone, boy or girl, who is ready to put in the work. Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit or a young athlete chasing a medal at the Khelo India games, the training is rigorous. You will learn to manage nerves, handle pressure, and develop the mental toughness that separates a regular gym-goer from a competitive boxer.

What to Expect

We train 6 days a week. It is loud, it is sweaty, and we will push you to do 'thoda aur' (a little more) when you want to quit. This is not for people who want to watch their phone while walking on a treadmill. This is for people who want to be ready when the bell rings.
