This is where the hard work happens. From local sparring drills to Khelo India gold medals, my academy in Baprola is built for one thing: creating champions.
This is the moment we work for. One of my students is declared the gold medalist at a Khelo India boxing tournament. All the sweat and hard work in the gym pays off right here in the ring.
I provide direct, hands-on coaching to correct every detail. Here, I am in the ring with a young boxer, teaching her defensive head movement and how to maintain her guard, skills that are crucial for competitive boxing.
Strength is the foundation of a great boxer. This video shows one of my athletes during a rope climbing exercise, a key part of our strength and conditioning program to build upper body and core power.
This is what a real competition looks like. You can hear me coaching from the corner during a bout, guiding my student on strategy and footwork. We train to perform under pressure.

About this collection
These aren't just photos. Every image represents weeks of early morning sessions, heavy bag drills, and intensive sparring inside the ring. When you see a student holding a medal, you're seeing the output of our 'thoda aur' philosophy—pushing past your limits even when you're tired. This is the standard of fitness and boxing skill we build here, one round at a time.
A Different Kind of Training
We don't believe in fancy gear or air-conditioned gyms. My academy in Baprola is a proper training ground—just a ring, punching bags, and enough space to work. Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit or an athlete aiming for gold at Khelo India, the expectations are the same. You bring the hunger, I bring the training.
What Happens at the Academy
- Foundation Building: We start with the basics. You will learn the right guard, footwork, and how to throw a proper punch. It is repetitive, it is tough, but it is necessary.
- Conditioning: You will run, you will climb ropes, and you will do burpees until your lungs burn. Strength is the foundation of a great boxer.
- Ring Time: We spar regularly. This is where you learn to manage distance, handle nerves, and apply your technique under the pressure of a real opponent. I am right there with you in the ring, correcting your mistakes in real-time.
- Competition Prep: For those serious about competing, we run intensive, professional-level coaching. We focus on strategy, endurance, and the mental toughness required to win bouts.
