Real boxing isn't learned on a heavy bag alone; it's learned in the ring. Here, we spar with intensity to prepare for competitive matches, focusing on technique, movement, and ring craft.

Sparring is essential for developing ring craft. This video shows two of my students in a controlled sparring session, practicing their punches, combinations, and defensive techniques.

This is a clip from a live competitive bout where my student is applying her training. You can hear my ringside instructions, guiding her on distance control and when to attack.

A crucial moment between rounds. I am in the corner with my student, providing tactical instructions and the mental encouragement needed to face the next round with confidence.

About this collection

Sparring here isn't just play—it's live preparation. When you step into our ring, you face actual pressure, working on distance control, defense, and ring craft under my direct supervision. This is where you learn to handle nerves and execute strategies, not just hit bags.

I run these sessions to replicate real match conditions. Boxing is a game of inches and timing, and you can't master that without someone hitting back. We focus on specific defensive maneuvers, counter-attacking, and learning how to move when you are tired.

My Approach to Sparring

  • Technique First: We don't just brawl. I watch every footstep and every jab. You will learn to manage your distance, guard properly, and throw combinations with intent.
  • Mental Toughness: The ring is where you learn to stay calm under pressure. I push my students to think, even when their lungs are burning. That is the difference between a beginner and a champion.
  • Tournament Prep: If you are aiming for state or national events like Khelo India, you need this experience. We spar regularly to prepare you for the pace and aggression of competitive bouts.

Whether you are a sub-junior or a senior athlete, the expectation in the ring is the same: total focus. If you are ready to work, I am ready to put you in the corner.
