Hands-on Boxing Coaching and Athlete Development in Delhi
I do not watch from the sidelines. I am in the ring with you, correcting your form and pushing your limits. My training is about discipline, grit, and building champions, one jab at a time.
My coaching is personal and detailed. I get in the ring to demonstrate techniques myself, like showing this young boxer the correct way to block a punch and maintain a strong defensive stance.
The boxing ring is my office. This is where I feel most at home, coaching and preparing the next generation of fighters for their journey in competitive boxing.

About this collection
I am in the ring every single day, not just watching from the corner. Whether we are drilling defensive footwork or perfecting a hook, I am right there demonstrating the movement with you. This is not a place to socialize; we are here to build the focus, stamina, and mental toughness required for competitive boxing, which is why my sessions are intense, repetitive, and designed to prepare you for actual match pressure.
My training approach is simple: hard work, repetition, and correction. Unlike gyms that focus on fitness for aesthetic reasons, my sessions at the Delhi Rural Boxing Academy are built around the demands of competitive boxing.
The Training Method
When you join a session, you are training in a proper boxing environment. We start with the absolute basics—footwork, guard, and stance. Once you understand the mechanics, we move to heavy bag work, circuit training, and sparring drills. I believe in pushing for 'Thoda aur' (a little more) because the fight is often won in the moments when you are tired but still pushing.
Mental and Physical Conditioning
I place a huge emphasis on mental toughness. It is not just about throwing punches; it is about staying calm when you are under pressure. This is how my students have gone on to perform at the Khelo India games and other state-level tournaments. We use rope climbs, burpees, and intense floor drills to ensure your stamina matches your technique. Whether you are a beginner looking to build strength or an athlete preparing for the ring, my goal is to guide you from your first jab to your first medal.
