Welcome to mango season! This is my Keto Mango & Cream Cake, and it's pure sunshine. I use a soft, moist almond flour sponge, layer it with light whipped cream, and top it with a beautiful rose made from fresh Alphonso mangoes. It contains no sugar, maida, or millets, making it the perfect guilt-free tropical treat.
