Aerial yoga is about finding that feeling of lightness and trust. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to stretch differently, come hang out and see what your body can do.

I believe life is better when you let go and allow yourself to evolve, one day at a time... This beautiful inversion, supported by the soft red hammock, is more than just a pose. It's a moment of trust and release that helps decompress the spine and open the heart. ❤️

This is what my workshops are all about. It’s a space filled with positive energy, where we support each other in trying new things. You can see one of our instructors providing hands-on assistance for a gentle inversion, ensuring everyone feels safe and confident.

You may be flying to the greatest place on earth, but isn't it more important to find a place where your heart belongs? I have found mine right here, suspended between the earth and sky... feeling strong, graceful, and free.

We always start with the fundamentals, learning to connect with our breath and trust the silk hammock. This video shows how we use the fabric for support in foundational yoga poses like forward folds and balancing postures, making them accessible to everyone.

Here is a closer look at the feeling of a supported inversion. It’s a chance to find a new perspective, both literally and figuratively, as you let the tension melt away from your back and shoulders. It’s one of the most calming parts of the practice.

About Featured

I keep these workshops small—just 8 to 12 people per session—because I want to be right there to spot you. We use high-grade silk hammocks for everything from deep spinal stretches to those first shaky, exciting inversions. You don’t need to be flexible to start; you just need to bring your curiosity and a willingness to let the fabric take your weight.
