About The Grind: Training & Sparring
We do not do 'fancy' gym workouts here. Our training floor is built for impact with high-density mats, and we keep the facility non-AC on purpose—we need to build your stamina and mental grit, not just your muscles. Whether you’re here for self-defense or stepping into the cage for competition, you will be doing the same drills our pro fighters use to prepare for national championships.
Building Your Fight IQ
At Fighter Combat Club, the 'Grind' is where technique meets reality. We don't believe in passive fitness. When you train with us in Kandivali West, you are mastering striking—Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing—alongside a sophisticated ground game involving BJJ and Wrestling takedowns.
Our sessions are designed to simulate the pressures of a real fight. We use the on-site MMA cage for wall-work, spatial awareness drills, and clinch training. This isn't a classroom; it is a proving ground.

- Combat Conditioning: We use tractor tires, battle ropes, and heavy bag circuits to develop the explosive power required for real combat.
