You don't need to be a gymnast to join these sessions. Our approach breaks down the handstand into manageable drills, covering wrist conditioning, shoulder mobility, and core compression, so you learn to balance with confidence. We focus on the process, not just the final hold, making sure you feel supported at every step of your practice.
At Aayana, we treat inversions like a mindset shift. When you are in our studio, the goal isn't to force your body into a 'human pretzel' but to build the awareness and strength that allow you to balance comfortably, regardless of your starting point.
