My Story and Professional Fitness Certifications
I didn't just study fitness; I lived it through recovery and relentless learning. Here is the foundation behind my coaching system.
This is a little about me. My journey started with MMA and led to serious injuries, which motivated me to learn everything I could about the human body. Now, I use that knowledge to help others.
A look back at an eventful month of travel, family, and learning. I attended a Biomechanics Masterclass to deepen my knowledge, because being a great coach means always being a student.
This was a 2-day handstand masterclass. Finding the right mentor can help you do things beyond your imagination. I am always seeking out experts to learn from so I can bring the best techniques to my clients.
About My Story & Certifications
Most certifications tell you how to train a body that works perfectly, but my broken knees taught me how to train a body that needs to heal. When you hire me, you aren't getting a textbook plan from someone who has never been injured. You are getting a system built on my own physical recovery from torn ACLs and thousands of hours of coaching experience, designed to help you build strength without the guesswork.
My path to becoming a coach wasn't linear. It started in 2017 with MMA, where my passion for the sport hit a wall due to serious joint and ligament injuries. That was my turning point. I had to stop fighting, so I started learning. I dove into the mechanics of the human body, not because I wanted a degree on the wall, but because I needed to walk again.
My coaching system is a reflection of that hunger to understand movement. Whether it is ACSM-CPT, kettlebell training, functional mobility, or aerial yoga, every certification I have pursued has been to solve a specific problem I encountered during my own rehabilitation. I am a forever student because the moment you stop learning, you stop being able to help others push past their limits.
I have trained over 5000 individuals, but my most important 'client' was myself. That experience is why I don't believe in generic gym programs. My sessions are about functional strength that transfers to real life, like preparing your body for treks like Everest Base Camp or simply getting out of a chair without pain.
I treat my work as a form of self-love and discipline. If you are tired of cookie-cutter fitness plans that ignore your aches and pains, you have come to the right place. I am here to bridge the gap between where you are and where your body is capable of going.
