I’m not a textbook trainer. I’m a student of my own recovery. These are the snapshots of my life—where I’ve been, where I’ve stumbled, and how I rebuilt. See what it actually takes to train when your body feels broken.

This is what it means to be limitless. My training isn't just about workouts, it's about building the strength and confidence to take on any challenge, whether it's on a mountain face or in your daily life.

This was me, finding joy in movement even when my body was telling me to stop. Dancing with a knee brace and a stick isn't a sign of weakness, it's a testament to the will to keep going, a core principle I bring to my coaching.

Some days are tough. Here, I was tired and couldn't perform as I wanted to with the kettlebell. I share this to show that progress isn't linear, and listening to your body is a crucial part of smart, injury-free training.

This is my six-month pole fitness journey. It shows the falling, the struggling, and the eventual feeling of empowerment. It's a perfect example of how consistent, functional training builds the strength for advanced, beautiful movements.

From just hanging around to finally achieving clean pull-ups, this was a goal years in the making. It's a reminder that with consistency and the right technique, you can build the upper body and core strength you've always wanted.

This is my philosophy in one video. I do the hard work on weekdays, building functional strength and mobility, so that on weekends I can do what I love, like rock climbing and pole, without fear of injury.

From limping for months after my injury to deadlifting with a barbell. This is what 'built not broken' looks like. It's about progressively and safely reintroducing load to build resilient muscles and protect your joints.

This shows the progress from my second month of pole. It demonstrates how quickly the body adapts and gets stronger with the right stimulus. My knee jerks disappeared, and my overall body awareness improved, which is what I aim for with my clients.

About Featured

People often see the final movement and think it looks easy, but they don't see the months I spent relearning how to walk or the days I couldn't even swing a kettlebell properly. My training isn't about gym aesthetics; it is about intentional, functional movement that protects your joints. Whether you are dealing with a past injury or just want to build a body that actually works, this is the reality of my method: consistent, low-ego, and fully adaptive to what your body needs today.
