Fitness is not just about the gym. It is about building a body that can handle your wildest travel plans, treks, and daily life without the constant fear of injury.

This is my philosophy in one video. I do the hard work on weekdays, building functional strength and mobility, so that on weekends I can do what I love, like rock climbing and pole, without fear of injury.

The mountains don't intimidate me, they inspire me. Being strong enough to climb and explore nature is one of the greatest rewards of a consistent fitness practice. This is me, free and wild.

This is me working during a vacation, because for me, my work is my vacation. Having the strength and energy to train clients and maintain my own fitness while traveling is the ultimate freedom. काम तो एक नशा है.

I am addicted to solo travel. My fitness journey has given me the confidence and physical capability to explore the world on my own terms, from the beaches of Goa to anywhere else my heart desires.

Most people hit the gym to look good for a season, but my sessions focus on building joint stability that actually lasts. Whether you are prepping for a high-altitude trek or just tired of recurring aches during your daily commute, we strip back the fluff. We use bodyweight, kettlebells, and animal flow patterns to create a body that is durable enough to handle your wildest travel plans.

Real-world fitness is about what you can do outside the four walls of a gym. I spent years dealing with torn ACLs and meniscus injuries, and my recovery did not involve sitting on the sidelines. It involved rebuilding my body from the ground up using functional movement patterns.

My approach to adventure preparation is simple. We do not just chase records on the bench press. We train your core, stabilizers, and mobility so you can carry your backpack across the Himalayas, hike through the Western Ghats, or simply walk through Delhi without constant joint pain.

How I Train For Life

  • Joint-First Approach: Before we add heavy loads, we fix the foundation. I prioritize isometric holds and mobility flows that protect your knees and ankles, the very protocols I used to heal my own broken joints.
  • Adventure-Ready Conditioning: If you have a trip coming up, we train for it. This means high-intensity finishers to build stamina and end-range strength so you are not struggling on the trail.
  • Minimalist Equipment: You do not need a fancy facility. I bring the essentials, including kettlebells and resistance bands, to your home or local park. If we are doing virtual sessions, I teach you how to use household items like water bottles or chairs to maintain your strength.

Fitness is a lifestyle, not a chore. When you train with me, you are not just getting a workout plan. You are learning the discipline to keep moving, regardless of the setbacks. Let us stop treating recovery as a pause button and start making it part of your daily routine.
