Fitness is not just about the gym. It is about building a body that can handle your wildest travel plans, treks, and daily life without the constant fear of injury.

This is my philosophy in one video. I do the hard work on weekdays, building functional strength and mobility, so that on weekends I can do what I love, like rock climbing and pole, without fear of injury.

The mountains don't intimidate me, they inspire me. Being strong enough to climb and explore nature is one of the greatest rewards of a consistent fitness practice. This is me, free and wild.

This is me working during a vacation, because for me, my work is my vacation. Having the strength and energy to train clients and maintain my own fitness while traveling is the ultimate freedom. काम तो एक नशा है.

I am addicted to solo travel. My fitness journey has given me the confidence and physical capability to explore the world on my own terms, from the beaches of Goa to anywhere else my heart desires.
