Movement is your joint's best friend. I incorporate essential mobility flows, stretching, and foam rolling techniques to improve your range of motion, reduce stiffness, and prevent future injuries.

Advanced Movement: Pole & Aerial Arts

Fitness can be expressive and empowering. I fell in love with pole and aerial arts during my own journey, and it's proof of how a strong, functional body can learn new, challenging skills.

After years away due to injuries, I found my way back to dance. It's about challenging fears, celebrating what your body can do, and finding pure happiness in movement, regardless of your skill level.
