Why I Do This
I’ve got two busted knees, a bunch of scars, and zero regrets. Doctors said “no,” but I said “dekh lenge” (let’s see). I rebuilt my body without surgery, learned every lesson the hard way, and now, I help you build a body that can say “yes” to every adventure.
What We’ll Tackle
- Prepping for big treks? I’ve slogged it out at Everest Base Camp, shivered through Kedarkantha, and trained at Nehru Institute of Mountaineering. I get what trekking altitude training really means.
- Want to run your first (or fastest) marathon? As a certified Marathon Trainer, I’ll help you focus on marathon injury prevention and smarter running.
- We work on strength, stamina, and the mental game. Doesn’t matter if you’re aiming for mountain trek strength or just want to be able to hike with your friends without feeling like you’ll collapse.
How I Train
- Build your engine: Cardio that actually gets you ready for long days, not just quick sprints.
- Strength everywhere: Legs, core, upper body - all of it matters when you’re carrying a pack or pounding pavement.
- Mental stamina for adventure: I’ll push you, but also back off when your body needs it. No ego, just real progress.
My Style
काम तो एक नशा है (Work’s an addiction for me). I’m obsessed with helping you get strong without getting hurt. We focus on the small stuff too - the muscles that keep your knees happy, the balance that keeps you upright when the trail gets sketchy.

My Story
Sabse pehle, let me just say - I’m perfectly imperfect and I own it. My life’s been up-down, MMA, dancing, then boom, injuries. ACL tore, joints busted, had to quit fighting. But I didn’t stop, learned to walk again, then tried to fly with aerial yoga. I got obsessed with how our bodies work, became my own coach. Now I trek, dance in heels, do pole, lift - all with my 'broken' knees. Aur haan, I’m a bit crazy, solo traveller, always chasing hidden spots. Free, wild, thoda pagal (a little crazy) - that’s me.
My Work
Personal Training, Yoga, Aerial Yoga & More - I coach everything from kettlebell, Zumba, functional mobility training, aerial yoga for beginners, to marathon prep.
No Gym, No Problem - We use bodyweight and whatever you’ve got at home. Trust me, you’ll get strong and mobile.
Functional Training & Animal Flow - Animal flow exercises and functional moves are my jam - they help with mobility, core, and body awareness.
Listen to Your Body - Some days we go hard, some days we stretch. No pressure to be perfect, just better than yesterday.
