After three years away, I found my way back to dance. It is not about perfect skill, it is about challenging your fears and celebrating what your body can do right now.

Finally back to Street Jazz after more than three years. Thanks to a knowledgeable instructor and my own rehab work, I was able to complete the routine without triggering my old knee injuries. This is what smart training makes possible.

This choreography challenged my fear of doing a pirouette without twisting my knee. It's a perfect example of why proper training with experienced instructors is so important for anyone, especially those with a history of injury.

Returning to dance after three years with a style I'd never tried before. This was about overcoming the fear of knee jerks and pushing my limits, and I was so happy with how my body supported me.

Restarting my dance journey on Independence Day after a long injury break. Connecting with my body through movement is a form of freedom, and it's a feeling I want to help my clients find for themselves.
