My Journey and Fitness Philosophy

Fitness is not about quick fixes or looking good for a photo. It is about the discipline to show up, the grit to push through, and the resilience to recover. This is how I built my life around movement.

It's been almost a year since my last disc prolapse relapse. This is for anyone recovering from an injury: take it slow, be patient, and be open to learning. Coaches need coaches too, and I'm grateful for the help I got.

A work in progress. Five weeks into a new program and feeling better. I'm sharing this to show that it's okay to seek help. I put my ego aside to get a coach to help me overcome my fear of re-injury.

Manifesting a full recovery while I put in the work. Missing the heavy weights but keeping the smile on because I know I'm on the right path. It's all about long-term goals and trusting the process.

Small daily wins are what build momentum. After every workout, I take a minute to celebrate that sense of accomplishment. It's enough motivation to do it again.

Delayed gratification and aggressive patience. This is a key lesson fitness teaches you about life. The coffee you enjoy in 5 minutes took a year to grow. Remember that.

A constant reminder to myself: compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today. This is me, a coffee planter and fitness coach, focused on my own progress.

Running my own race. In a world where everyone is trying to be better than the other, just focus on being a better version of yourself. Be in competition with yourself.

About this collection

I do not sell magic pills or shortcuts. Whether you are dealing with a recurring injury or have simply lost your drive, my coaching is built on sustainable habits. We start by fixing your form and building a routine that actually fits your real-life schedule, not a gym brochure. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building functional strength, we are on the same page.

Fitness is often sold as a performance metric, but for me, it is the bedrock of a healthy life. I spent years in the modeling world, then years rebuilding my own body after multiple disc prolapse injuries. That journey taught me that true fitness is about longevity, not just looking the part.

My sessions are not about pushing you to failure every single day. They are about movement efficiency. When I work with a client, we start with a movement audit. We look at your injury history, your daily stressors, and your biomechanics. My goal is to get you strong enough to handle your life outside the gym—whether that means playing with your kids, hiking, or managing long hours at a desk.

Living and working on my coffee plantation in Coorg, I see the cycle of growth every day. It takes patience. My coaching reflects this reality. We use simple tools: bodyweight, kettlebells, and barbells. We focus on habits—sleep, nutrition, and consistent daily movement—that yield long-term results.

If you are looking for a coach who will hold you accountable, correct your form, and push you to be better than you were yesterday, this is it. No ego, no fluff, just progress.
