Muay Thai and Boxing Training for Kids in Bengaluru
Martial arts is about more than just fighting. It is about building a foundation of discipline, focus, and grit. My youth sessions focus on the fundamentals of Muay Thai and boxing to help them develop real strength and confidence.

About this collection
We do not treat these sessions like a soft playground. Your child will train on the same equipment—heavy bags, Thai pads, and mats—that our adult fighters use. We focus on real technique, proper form, and the mental discipline required to keep going when the rounds get tough. It is not just about learning to punch; it is about learning how to stay composed and disciplined when challenged.
Building Discipline Through Martial Arts
Martial arts training at my academy in Doddanekundi is designed to challenge students beyond simple physical fitness. While the kids' class is energetic, the curriculum is strict and focused. We teach the same Muay Thai and boxing mechanics that I use to prepare adult fighters for competition.
Why This Approach Works
- Technical Foundation: We start with the basics. Stance, footwork, and defensive posture are drilled repeatedly until they become instinct. There are no shortcuts here.
- Real Environment: We train in a functional, raw garage gym setting. Kids learn to focus in a real-world environment, which builds resilience and the ability to work hard even without air conditioning or fancy machines.
- Mental Toughness: The most important skill a young fighter learns is how to push past their limits. Whether they are hitting the heavy bag or drilling combinations, they learn that effort directly correlates to progress.
What to Expect
Every session incorporates a mix of warm-ups, strength conditioning, and technical drills. Students work with partners and use standard gear like shin guards and gloves to ensure safety while sparring. The goal is to provide a comprehensive workout that develops their coordination, cardiovascular health, and self-confidence. If you are looking for a place where your child will learn to respect their opponents, respect the craft, and work hard for their goals, this is the right environment.
Combatant Muay Thai Academy
I am Charan Reddy. I run the academy like a family, but we train with the intensity of champions. I teach my students that growth comes from showing up, listening to instructions, and putting in the work, even when they are tired.
