Junior Boxing and Muay Thai Training
We build champions from the ground up. Whether it is state-level boxing or national Muay Thai championships, our juniors learn discipline, respect, and how to fight with heart.
I am happy to post this. Here are some of our talented girl boxers showing off their medals from the Karnataka Mini Olympics. They trained hard and showed incredible spirit.

About this collection
It is one thing to learn the basics in class, but sparring in our regulation ring changes everything. My juniors spend hours on the heavy bags and mitts before they ever step into a competition environment like the Mini Olympics. You will see them learning the Wai Kru ceremony or perfecting their jabs, understanding that the medal only comes after the discipline.
At The Rock Bull Academy of Arts (RBA), we do not believe in shortcuts. My training regime for juniors is simple: sweat, repetition, and respect. We split our program into core mechanics and competitive preparation to ensure every student grows at their own pace.
Combat Mechanics
In our boxing sessions, we drill footwork, head movement, and punch combinations until they become second nature. For Muay Thai, we teach the full spectrum—kicks, elbows, and knees—alongside the traditional respect shown through the Wai Kru Ram Muay.
Competition Preparation
Many parents ask if their child should compete. I tell them to wait until they are ready. We start with sparring in our regulation boxing ring under my direct supervision. Once they master the defensive drills and blocking, we move them to tournament scenarios. Our students have successfully represented us at the Karnataka Mini Olympics and MTI National Championships, proving that hard work in our RR Nagar facility translates to real results on the big stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What about safety? Safety is a big deal for me. We use headgear, body protectors, and padded zones during all contact sessions.
- Is this only for competitive fighters? Not at all. Many kids join just to build confidence and physical fitness, and they stay for the team atmosphere.
- Where are sessions held? We are based in RR Nagar, but I conduct sessions across Bengaluru.
If your child is ready to put in the work, I am ready to coach.
