About The Art of Coaching

I start every athlete, regardless of experience, with the basics. You will see us using PVC pipes or empty barbells to perfect your mechanics before you ever touch a weighted plate. It might feel slow at first, but this strict attention to form is the only way to avoid injury and actually get stronger in the long run.

At DIRE CrossFit and my training sessions in Koramangala, my goal is simple: long-term physical freedom. When you step into my class, do not expect to jump straight into heavy lifting. We spend time on the whiteboard, the warm-up, and skill drills. If you are struggling with a barbell snatch, we work on the turnover. If you are new to gymnastics, we scale your pull-ups to ring rows. My CrossFit Level 2 training means I am constantly looking for those tiny tweaks in your elbow position or hip drive that make all the difference. This technical oversight is non-negotiable because I want you training when you are 50, not just next month. We document this progress, keep track of your movements, and push intensity only when the movement is sound. It is not about how much you can lift today, it is about how much you can lift safely tomorrow. Pain builds you, comfort weakens you. That is the philosophy we live by every time we step onto the gym floor.
