A look into the path that led me here, from corporate life to the gym floor, and the purpose that drives every rep.

My official CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certificate. Earning this was a dream, a culmination of 5 years of dedication after leaving the corporate world to pursue my passion for coaching.

My credentials as listed in the official CrossFit Trainer Directory. I am a certified Level 2 Trainer and have completed multiple specialty courses, including the Judges Course and Lesson Planning.

This is the moment I cherish the most. This fitness is all for them. I train to be fully present for my family. This is my message to all the dads out there: take care of yourself so you can take care of your family.

I train hard to be a good coach, a good father, a good husband, and a good man. I will never be perfect, but I will never stop trying to be a role model through action and consistency.

A look at my CrossFit Games Open leaderboard stats. In 2025, I ranked 1st in India in my age group. This is the result of hard work when no one is watching.

Effort is everything. A photo with my wife and son at the gym. They are my purpose and my motivation to stay disciplined.

Always a CrossFitter. A selfie from my training days, a reminder of the journey and the identity forged through years of hard work. I offer personal and online coaching to help you on your own journey.

Be your own hero. A physique check that reflects years of consistent training and nutrition. The goal is to inspire you to become the best version of yourself.

My rockstar. A moment with my son. Being a fit dad means having the energy and strength to keep up with him and be an active part of his life.

About My Journey: Credentials & The "Why"

I didn't come from a background of elite sports; I started my fitness journey at 30, overweight and looking for change. My coaching is built on that transition. It’s not about finding shortcuts or magic tricks. It’s about the daily grind and showing up for yourself and your family. If you want a coach who understands that real progress happens in the trenches, not just on a leaderboard, we will work well together.

From Corporate to CrossFit

Five years ago, I was just another guy in a corporate office, unmotivated and lacking direction. I realized that comfort was actually making me weaker, both physically and mentally. That realization led me to CrossFit. It wasn't an easy transition, and it certainly wasn't overnight. I had to earn my stripes, starting from a place of zero fitness, to eventually earning my CrossFit Level 2 certification. I've since ranked 1st in India in the CrossFit Games Open for my age group (35-39), but that’s not why I coach. I coach to be a better father, husband, and role model.

The 'Why' Behind the Work

My primary motivation is my family. This fitness, this discipline, it’s all for them. I want to be present, energetic, and capable. When I train my athletes, I am teaching them the same. Whether we are working on raw strength with heavy barbells or mastering bodyweight movements like handstands, the goal is always the same: building a body that supports the life you want to live outside the gym.

My Coaching Philosophy

  • Consistency over Intensity: You don't need to be perfect to start. You just need to show up.
  • Scalability: Every movement, from snatch to muscle-ups, can be scaled. My job is to meet you where you are today and build from there.
  • Integrity: I focus heavily on mechanics first. We don't turn up the heat until you can move safely.
  • Community: We operate like an 'Ohana'. You’re not just a client; you’re part of a group that cheers for your wins and supports you on the days you feel like quitting.

I am currently coaching at Dire CrossFit and offering remote programming for those who need a structured, disciplined plan to follow on their own terms.
