Train in a 4,000 sq ft facility designed for serious lifting, from heavy squats to competition preparation.

Here I am with two of our beasts, Ajeet and Sonu, who are both over 100kg and preparing for the NPC Nationals. We focus on improving their lifting technique and aesthetics to make them stage-ready.

Even our youngest members are on a mission. Here is one of our dedicated teenagers working on his shoulder press, with me spotting him to ensure his form is correct and safe.

The squat rack is where strength is built. We have a dedicated lower body section with all the necessary equipment for heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts.

Functional strength is key. We incorporate exercises like battle ropes and weighted dips to build explosive power and endurance alongside pure strength.

About Strength & Powerlifting

We have set up the strength zone with heavy commercial-grade equipment, including dumbbells going up to 40kg+ and dedicated squat racks. My floor trainers are always present to guide you with form and spotting, so you can push your limits safely without needing a personal trainer for every session.
