Welcome to Spartans Gym Dwarka. I've built this 4000 sq ft space across two floors to give you everything you need for serious training. This video gives you a quick tour of our dedicated cardio, lower body, and upper body sections.

We keep it simple across two floors at Ramphal Chowk. Downstairs is dedicated to your cardio and leg work, while the upstairs is packed with upper body machines, dumbbells, and free weight zones. You won't find corporate fluff here; expect commercial-grade equipment and trainers who actually walk the floor to spot your form rather than just checking their phones.
When you join Spartans Gym in Dwarka, you are not just getting a membership; you are entering a community. I have built this 4,000 sq ft facility to be a place where serious lifters and beginners alike can push their limits.
The facility is designed for flow. If you are doing leg day, you stay downstairs near the squat racks and cardio equipment. If it is upper body day, head upstairs to our free weight and machine stations. We use commercial-grade Jerai equipment because it works, and I want you to have the right tools to break your own records, whether that is a 200kg deadlift or your first unassisted pull-up.
We are a unisex gym, and the atmosphere is built on mutual respect. You will see athletes prepping for competitions alongside beginners just starting their fitness journey. My team and I are on the floor throughout the day to ensure safety and correct technique.
A quick heads-up on the operational reality: because we value consistency, we do not lock you into rigid contracts. Our monthly flexi-plans are straightforward. If you come during peak hours (07:00 AM to 09:00 AM or 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM), expect it to be busy. That is the energy we are known for. We have basic amenities like showers and changing rooms so you can freshen up and get back to your day. If you are looking for a place to train hard without the pretension, come see us at Sector 7.
