About Strength & Conditioning Zone
You won’t find cramped corners here; our floor is designed so you have space to move, from heavy-duty squat racks to battle ropes for functional training. We have kept the layout open so you won't be bumping into machines while you crush your sets, and with general floor trainers always on standby to fix your form, you are never just guessing your way through a workout.

At Curl Fitness, we believe that serious strength training shouldn't feel like a chore. Our 20,000 sq. ft. facility across our Gurgaon locations is built for those who want to lift, sweat, and progress without the usual gym crowds.
What you will find on our floor:
- Free Weights & Machines: A full suite of dumbbells up to 40kg, Smith machines, lat pulldowns, and plate-loaded machines to target every muscle group.
- Functional Area: If you prefer explosive movements over static reps, head to our turf zone. It is packed with battle ropes, plyo boxes, and tires for a complete cross-training experience.
- Trainer Support: Never feel lost. Our floor trainers are always circulating. If you need a quick spot on a bench press or a cue for your squat depth, just ask.
